Teacher Training Colleges

The objective of DNS is to educate teachers who will work in primary schools in the rural areas.

• The training is based in helping teachers become community leaders and motivators, who are not only aware of the world's situation but also as well as the situation of their country and community.

As a Development Instructor, some of your task will be:

Contribute to the education of the future teachers.

Teaching courses like: good working methods, how to interview, to write a report, to make statistics, to travel, to survive in the rural areas, teach computer skills and information technology.

Instructing the students how to plan and organize their activities.

 

Be responsible for evening and weekend programs for the students.

Giving courses, showing movies, playing music and theatre; establishing a sports field and starting regular sports and sports tournaments; introducing games; organizing building weekends; inviting neighbours for Open Sundays etc.

 

You will work with:

• The community
• Teachers
