Total Control of the Epidemic

TCE is a well-structured project that aims to prevent, aid and inform people about HIV/AIDS.

D.I.s work together with the community and project workers

This is a 3 year program where:

• The first year - fouses on raising awareness about the Epidemic and gaining support from the community.
  
  
• The second year - aims for Control by searching for each individual's commitment to comply to a lifestyle free of HIV and AIDS in fighting the epidemic.
  
  
• The third year - emphasizes on Total Control and making the people confident about what to do about the Epidemic.

As a Development Instructor, some of your task will be:

Train, assist and educate the workers

To improve their skills and resources

 

Help organize, monitor and plan activities

To secure the quality of the operation

 

Organize campaigns, programs, workshops and lessons

To help the community and project members to have better opportunities.

 

 

You will work with:

• Many community members,
• Several workers of the project
• Orphans
• People living with AIDS
